Its cursed and "drains life force".. Would it still drain life force if I'm a vampire?

This item is garbage (just see invisible and sustain charisma), just throw it away.

Question was not about its value, but about: would it still drain life force if I'm a vampire?

I've just uncursed this item. I though its heavy cursed so it would be dangerous to remove it. Its ok
