elven soft leather armour [4, +16] and it weight 8lbs and
leather scale mail 'Thalkettoth' [11, +25] and it weight only 6lbs.
I play MA user, i have basic 73 AC without any armour.
With elven i get 70AC, and with Thalkettoth 77AC.
With base soft leather armour i get 62 AC, and with base scale mail i get 65 AC
The bonus in brackets shouldn't be add to values of base item?
I know that MA user don't get with armour, but i think that bonus from enchant is normal given, not half
