Monster heals way too much/often

Tried killing Kronos. He always heals from */** stars to full hp. Same thing happens quite often with ungoliant and even morgy...

If this is implemented in TomeNET like it is in vanilla Angband, it could explain easily why Kronos heals himself at low health.
