(4.8) Level & vault feelings, Jail, Ironman

It happened to me that I missed feelings because they were simply scrolled up. There should be a way to see them on message panel. I propose that /feel or /feeling commands could do it.
My currently active ToMENet characters:
Slash, Flame, Robber, Missle
