Oh this thread wasn't stickied, fixed that.
I'm copying the links posted over the forums in the past here for aggregation:

Kurzel's PSO music pack and Ys music pack:
http://www.tomenet.eu/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=180
Kurzel's EDM (electronic dance music) pack (a new pack, makes use of v4.9.3+ features):
http://35.212.245.199/music.edm.7z
"Try the jukebox ( = N ) or perhaps browse the music.cfg for inane commentary / easter eggs. +_+" - Kurzel

Happy listening~ .o/
Randonneur's WoW music pack:
http://translate.googleusercontent.com/ ... ScxMeqsNRQ -- OOPS! sadly nethack.byus.net seems to have bitten it and taken down the pack with it D:
EDIT: I have located a copy of Randonneur's music pack (without information whether it was the full/latest version, but it looks good!), fixed some minor typo and added the new "title" info block to it, giving him credit. It is now here available for download again:
https://www.mediafire.com/file/94cvaoq2jqhu036

Tangar's oldschool fantasy game music pack:
At the time of writing this there were some inconsistency problems (files vs music.cfg) with the original pack, a fixed version is here:
https://www.mediafire.com/file/3az6g78w ... -tangar.7z
(The original, not correctly working version for reference: https://tomenet.eu/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=1808)

and I just finished an attempt at making an alternative music pack (the first one being the one that ships with the client) - this one is dubbed "videogame music pack" and contains music of random, more or less notable video games across spacetime (makes use of v4.9.3+ features):

Revived Randonneur's WoW music pack as I found a copy of it. Fixed some minor issues, now it's available again, linked in a posting above: https://tomenet.eu/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?p=7934#p7934

Do you like electronic music? ^^
http://kurzel.dev/music.edm.7z (~1.4GB, 300+ tracks!)

Note:
If you have trouble resolving the http address from that .dev TLD, try a manual lookup service to get the current IPv4:
https://www.nslookup.io/domains/kurzel.dev/dns-records/ --> 35.212.245.199
And then replace the domain like:
http://35.212.245.199/music.edm.7z
Edit:
Alternatively (if you use Firefox), set network.stricttransportsecurity.preloadlist to False in about:config to enable http for .dev TLD.

This one is compatible since the 4.9.3 release and uses most of the features.

I've tried to capture a diversity of genres and artists, but surely have my preferences... <_< *cough*
Try the jukebox ( = N ) or perhaps browse the music.cfg for my inane commentary / easter eggs. +_+

Happy listening~ .o/ \o\ \o. \o/
The current latest version is 4.04!

Videogame music pack version bumped to v3.0, added a bunch of games and improved some choices (hopefully)...
Pft, bumped to 3.2. (A bunch of songs were missing trimming/normalizing, now fixed.)

3.3, loudness adjusted.
3.4, dunka dunka loops seamlessly =p.
3.5, removed dungeonboss_slain event because most bosses just don't live long enough to actually hear the music =p. added/changed some stuff.
3.6, death fair loops seamlessly
3.7, removed Nazgul_slain events because especially the lower ones die too quickly to hear much of it... some music swapped.
3.8, Mandos music improved (new tracks, volume normalized).

EDM pack updated (several times) with more boss, special unique and tavern tracks!
Balanced set lengths for various dungeons and towns while adding a few more artists there...
Dungeon bosses now mostly transition back to the relevant dungeon set once their intro track burns out.

Main post updated with latest version stamp~

Videogame MP updated to v3.9:
Mandos music added, Paths of the Dead music has longer tracks to fit the play_all client option; all FF music now has filename containing "Final Fantasy" instead of just "FF".
