Non-numpad inputs not working (issue discovered and resolved)

Posting this just to save any unfortunate others from running across this bug.

I was able to create a character with no issue, but as soon as I was in-game, I couldn't do anything except for walk around with the number pad. I eventually determined my keyboard was in Japanese input mode. Presumably, this isn't compatible with the client.

A simple Win+Space fixed it.
