Add possibility to 'order' Berserk Strength potion in 4. Currenly its pretty rare potion to find, even more rarer then Rune of Protection scrolls.

Make items enhancment increase lvl req.

Currently its very easy to do this:
buy any lvl 1 req. item (amour/weapon) ----> use enhance scrolls at it ----> use +15 items with 1 lvl. char ;)

Its not right approach... Maybe make items chance their lvl req. while you enhance it?

I've already /rfe it, but I'm not sure that its understandable, so I wanna explain the problem.

its possible to inscribe ammunition with !L to auto load it in quiver. pretty useful option for archers.

But we got big problem there. Ex.L:

I got 3 types of projectile in my inventory:

Magic arrows (in quiver)
Seeker arrows
Ethereal arrows

All of them Inscribed with !L

I see the boss or dangerous monster. I load seeker arrows instead of magic to make my DPS higher.

After that, when seeker arrows would end in quiver - I wanna to have Ethereal arrows loaded to my quiver automatically (cause of !L at them) inscription. BUT. Instead of them I'll have magic arrows loaded there. Aaaand I need magic arrows loaded automatically ONLY when I wouldn't have any other possible options.. I hope that its clear what I wanna to say :)

Suggestion: add two types of priority in !L inscription: low and high priority. Or it could be just 'no_priority' (as it now) and high priority (its how we would be able to inscribe high dps arrows). So when I inscribe my arrows like this:

Magic arrows (in quiver) !L
Seeker arrows !L1
Ethereal arrows !L1

I would shoot first with seeker arrows, then Ethereal and only after it - with common magic arrows

Grey color not really catch attention. Maybe change it to violet? Also make it flicker a bit. The same with 'feeling' text in Game Messages window

Actually its pretty dull to use monster debuffs atm (for example, from Shadow magic) cause most of mid-high lvl monsters aren't affected at it.

It would be fun to make flags such as NO_FEAR, NO_CONF, NO_SLEEP & etc work at 15% of spell effect (for bosses at 5%?). Then it would be at least some sence of using such spells.

For example, you trying to put to sleep 'Novice mindcrafter'. He got no_sleep flag, so it doesn't work at him at all. It would be fun to make him move erratically for 1-2 turns after you cast this spell or make just _any_ other reaction. It could be very tiny, but still useful a bit.

It would make players use certain 'forgotten' magic...

With graphic tileset its very hard to see CHAR_CLEAR ego monsters cause they look like blank space. When all floors was like dots, it was very easy to spot it, but now, when they look different, its pretty hard:

(at the picture scale increased 2x.. imagine it in smaller size - it wouldn't be visible at all).

It would be awesome to give char_clear different appearence. It could be flickering dot (like 'Colour out of space' got right now) - but flickering from white to grey (not too annoying).

Problem with getting mushrooms/poison-potions for rogue still exist. There is shop with runes, but no shop with poison.. :) Maybe add 'witch' shop with different 'harmful' items? Or make it possible to 'plant' mushroom into the ground and after a while gather more mushrooms.. Or make it possible to create poison from healing potions.. Or just sell it from 7 :lol: A lot of variants, but it would be fun to be able to get them somehow in easier way then now

Ok, I found the way to get poison mushrooms.. There are some mushroom fields around, so you could harvest them there... So it's not a problem any more :) I like to collect mushrooms %)

make short bows useful

I like bows very much, but now long bow doesn't have alternatives. Lets longbows would make more dmg and more distance, but shortbow would have extra shot.

Some more brainstorming about shields... What's about...

'shielding' skill

...Or call it 'Blocking' or 'Parry'? Shielding skill could increase chance to block attack, for example, up to 50% at 50 skill. It would be fun to have possibilities to go into defencive build, to use shields :D
