TomeNet has some skills which need rebalancing, cause nobody using them. The most unpopular skills are:

.Swimming (max atm is 1.0)
.Climbing (max atm is 1.0)
.Digging

I dont think that there are any character who put any points in it. How to fix it? Add some benefits!

Swimming. Lets it would be defencive-like skill with some speed bonuses. So if skill limit would be increased to 50, it could be something like:
- add water resistance at 20
- add poison resistance at 30
- add acid resistance at 40
- add water immunity at 50
- add some speed (as sneakiness): +1 every 15 points (+3 at 50).

Climbing. The same as swimming, but different resists.
- add feather falling resistance at 20
- add para resistance 30
- add levitation at 40
- add nexus at 50
- add some speed (as sneakiness): +1 every 15 points (+3 at 50).

.Digging Some player taking it like a crafting skill to dig more treasures.. But still it could be more interesting for everyone.
- add darkness resistance at 20
- add blindness resistance at 30
- add shards resistance at 40
- add sound resistance at 50
- add some speed (as sneakiness): +1 every 15 points (+3 at 50).

With this resistance at least some players would think about taking this skills.

.Dodging skill. Its also dull a bit. It was buffed recently, but its not enough. There are much better options that dodging. How we could make it more interesting?

Lets give dodging skill a special fighting technique "Shadow Dance" which give bonus to speed for a 10 seconds. It would make sence. At 10 skill you have +2 speed, at 50 skill you have +7 speed (as full sneakiness bonus).

Another thing is that dodging do not help VS breaths.. but breaths actually the most dangerous stuff in the game. May be give dodging some probability VS breath? Something like 5% to dodge breath per 10 points (so 25% at 50 lvl skill).

Next block of skills also very unpopular.

Necromancy
.Traumaturgy
.Aura of Fear
.Shivering Aura
.Aura of Death


All necromancy block has to be buffed somehow. Now its used only to restore mana for mages, thats it.

Necromancy
add Darkness resistance at 20 skill
add Nether resistance at 50 skill

.Traumaturgy
Give bonus for warriors, archers & etc. Lets it restore HP if you hit monster with physical damage (like vampirism).
add Hold Life at 30 skill

.Aura of Fear
Make it useful for long ranged classes like archers, mages & etc.
add fear resist at 20
add buff to your physical defence at 30 skill
add bonus to your saving throw at 40 skill

.Shivering Aura
add cold resistance at 20
add shards resistance at 30
add additional bonus damage at 40

.Aura of Death
Plasma resistance at 40 (so its fire,lightning and sound resist)

With this bonuses necromancy would become something more interesting and players would finally use it in their builds.

why traumaturgy should add extra hp, if necromancy already did it? (Or Did i missed more changes?)
swimming and climbing are maxing at 1.0 not 50.0. You can maxed it early and be able to perfectly swim/climb, and without maxing it, they are pretty useless now.
I will just delete climbing at all. Now, you can't climb if you didn't maxed it, and some classes/races or other skills give it later. You have climbing set which is cheap… And not much usefull tools to put in slot, so using tool sloot for climbing set is probably common. Other option is some good digging tool :D
Swimming is something better, because you not so often drown, even when not maxed skills, but still you can get swimming from skills/classes/races/equipment or just flying (levitating as for current game, funny that crows/birds levitate, not fly, but ok).

Characters with dodge will hardly ever trigger any aura. The best boost for aura of fear and shivering will be probably adding stun/fear to your attacks…

Hmm idea to giving some rarely findable resistance with skill (i think that you can be immune to water only with water istari school)
How can swimming help with high PSI beam or tsunami wave? (Please don't answer magic)

Yep, as I said in my 1st message, some swimming and climbing is limited to 1^

It would make more build diversity. Its good if players would have more builds around.. To tell the truth right now each class has not so much effective different builds, especially physical attackers.

Btw not only mage could be immune to water; druid water form also has immunity at lvl 40 with lesser kraken form. Mimic users also could get it I suppose. So its ok to give rarely findable immunity with skill 50. Giving 50 skill points for 1 immunity.. People would think twice about it. And goal of the game - give people something to think, consider different builds, doubt about their decisions. More builds - more fun :)
