[suggestion] NE an EL true artifacts separation

1) currently there are 88 true arts owned. Quite a lot; and most of them are major ones (cause players sell minor true-arts at once), so chances to find something good quite low.
2) it's _much_ easier to hunt items @ EL mode so the best true arts usually owned by EL players.

Conclusion:
It would be great to 'divide' true arts for this two modes; so people at NE mode would be able to get their arts to be able play at endgame. Then gameplay would be much more satisfactory for us, cause as NE-only player I have nasty feeling that EL players 'cheat-off' artifacts from our mode... It's not like this of couse, every player enjoy his own gameplay style; but as we got shared unique items - it makes relations between EL and NE players not so friendly as it could be :)

Also wanna add.. Now TomeNET became much popular, more players around and thats why t-arts are harder to find. So now we have such 'corrupted' logic:
1) the more people play - the less chance to find t-art
2) the less chance to find t-arts - the less fun and harder gameplay (too much already... :? )
3) so there we got corrupted gameplay logic - it's not good idea to make TomeNET more popular cause it's reducing chance to find an artifact.

It has to be vice versa. Separation could fix it, at least for a while (till population would increase even more, which we all expecting to happen eventually). To solve this, in far future could be added certain mechanisms, for example:
each t-art which was found by players, increase global chance for all players to find randarts.. So more t-arts around - easier to find randarts to compensate deficit.

Also I wanna suggest this restrictions:
- Each account could have 5 true artifacts on it.
- After 24 hours t-artifact would become soulbonded (0 lvl req,) to the character who currently holds it.
// 24 hours is more then enough to sell/give t-art for another player who badly needs it.

It could protect 'casual' players who play no 24/7 from hardcore players who got collection of t-arts; now it's pretty typical for players to store their true-arts at alt characters. It's also would help to balance gameplay - givee players to make decision - which t-arts to sell and which to leave.

p.s.
For 2 weeks of active playing, I got 2 (two) t-arts, pretty dull low lvl @#$%. And I destroy loot much more often then before. It's how it is right now.
