The music pack got a special track added for Halloween. Facing the Great Pumpkin activates it.

Ambient sound effects and thunderclaps have been added to the sound pack.

Fireworks sfx have been added to the sound pack.
The existing 4.5.6 downloads that contain the sound pack have been updated accordingly.

A dedicated music for The Cloud Planes dungeon was added. (So far it just used the generic ironman theme as a placeholder.)

Sound pack updated with sound effects for insanity attacks.
These will also be used for FORGET (mind-blanking) attacks.

(Note that these sound effects aren't enabled on a normal 4.5.7 server, but they will be enabled on the official servers today.
If you run a private server, please wait for the next release or edit the function take_sanity_hit() manually.)

Audio pack updated: Home-door-knock effects added (so far, the shield-block sfx was used for this).
Also added sound effects for coin flips, dice rolls and playing cards.

Bell sound added, for ring_bell option (page 2).
Distinct staircase sound added for fruit bats (and other bats/birds/insects).

Audio pack updated:
'Missile' sfx added ("It fires a missile.."),
'Boulder' sfx added ("It hurls a boulder at you..").

Note: Sound effects have been rearranged/added/compacted internally too, that means that if you don't update your sound pack you might actually not be able to hear some of the old sounds anymore.

For 4.6.1 release,

sound pack has been updated with new sfx:
-Antimagic disruption
-Flashbomb
-Summon
-Events: Start (gong), success (fanfare), failure (crash). Also used for quests in some cases.

music pack just had 3 songs swapped around in a cyclic manner:
paths of the dead, generic ironman dungeons, generic forcedown dungeons.
No new songs were added.
