thanks. but it could mean that shooting techniques is quite disbalanced if only one skill is useful and all other not really. barrage cost 9 stamina, more then other pres. shot.

Next questions:

1) Is infra-vision works at just warm or hot monsters? Like fire elemental? or it works only at living creatures?

2) I wanna do macro - use rod at myself (rod of disarming at place where I stay).

command is *pt

But when I create macro "custom action" - it doesnt work for rod. I do not use \e there (so I wouldnt cancel command). Whats wrong?

Afaik anything warm will show up, but imo mosters which are actively cold should too. Only the monsters at ambient temperature should be really hard to seee :P

What is % chance of getting new OOD monster spawned at normal lvl? Is this chance increasing in time?.. Anyone got situations with OOD mob spawned when you just entered dungeon with "boring" feeling?

2) Is it possible to separate arrows keys (4 of them) and Num Pad keys? I use Num Pad for movement and wanna put some macros at arrows.. How to do so? :)

Is it means that he Watcher could use HOLD only once per 5 turns? Or HOLD isn't spell?

For example, which way it could go:

Watcher TELE_TO to me
wait 5 turns
Watcher use HOLD on me
wait 5 turns
Watcher BO_WATE
wait 5 turns
...& etc
OR
Watcher TELE_TO, HOLD and cast BO_WATE
wait 5 turns
BO_ICEE
... & etc

I don't know much about the game but I'll answer what I can

1) No idea. I'm doubtful that the chance of mobs being OOD increases as you spend time on the level; more likely, the algorithm will just say "it's time to spawn a mob" and then pick whatever it can, which includes the possibility that the mob be OOD. (Also don't know if there is some minimum time limit before new mobs spawn.)

I have had mobs spawns right on top of me (and not by a summoner). Luckily that's never been dangerous to me yet.

2) Not as far as I know. I'd really like to know that myself since it would open up many more convenient keybinds.

Even at the moment, I have an issue where using alt+numpadkeys will run the macro, then automatically open up the help. Very distracting. Ctrl-numpadkeys work fine. (Shift-numpadkeys overlap with the "quickmove" commands, e.g. running in a particular direction). Some numpadkeys also don't register modifiers properly: alt-numpad* and ctrl-numpad* are completely non-responsive, for example, and shift-numpad* just acts like numpad*.

3) Around every 5 turns, (could be more, could be less), he'll use one ability. That ability could be any of the six listed.

2) I'm not entirely sure you can on windows. maybe if numlock is toggled? You'd have to test it.
3) 1_in_5 means theres a 20% chance each round for the mob to pick one of the spells at random. Not sure what HOLD does.

I think HOLD is just spell-version of paralyze (as opposed to a melee attack which might paralyze)

1) What is force_sleep flag at monsters? No information in a guide about it.

- it means that monster would sleep when it spawned. But as Miki said this flag doesnt work atm


2) would Nazgul destroy my melee weapon if I fight and retaliate with a bow?

3) What does mean dark green color? Why it isn't just green as Fighting for example?

4) I am druid atm. Is there macro in Macro Wizard to cast _random_ offensive spell from my current form? Different forms has different spells so I wanna have one universal key to cast something bad (in case if I got monster with immunity VS me)

5) Why this macro doen't work?

I've read about macro codes there ... I wanna reassign several keys to my spells. For example Shift+z key. But it doesn't work.
