Can new archive or update not replace options.prf file, like with tomenet.ini file

when i send arghhh i was still knockout.
so char use auto-relation when knockout or message come in wrong order

I don't really know what happen in this situation:

i have elven soft leather armour [4, +16] and it weight 8lbs and leather scale mail 'Thalkettoth' [11, +25] and it weight only 6lbs. I play MA user, i have basic 73 AC without any armour. With elven i get 70AC, and with Thalkettoth 77AC. With base soft leather armour i get 62 AC, and with base scale...
