We don't currently restore characters after lag deaths and this case is similar enough to that. So I'm sorry, but it's not going to happen. OS crashes are also hard to prove. In the log it's no different from closing the client. I'm not saying your story isn't true but there isn't any solid evidence...

Here's how things are currently in the code: Mimic power failure rate doesn't depend on anything. It seems to be always constant for every power. Spell damage calculations are similar to how they are done for monsters casting the spells. Bolt and ball spell damage depends on the level of the monster...

Well, the dragon's head could be above to the ogres so the breath wouldn't touch them.
Of course in the game monsters somehow magically don't hurt other monsters.

The idea is that you can only dodge bolt type attacks. Breaths are big to be dodged.

A high level player will prevent players who are more than 8 levels lower than him/her from gaining exp. Support spells also prevent exp so don't cast them on low level players either. This is an anti-cheeze feature which is supposed to prevent high level players from assisting low level ones.

I'm guessing you didn't move the tomenet file after compilation. You need to move it one directory up, ie. "mv tomenet ../".

Toxic Moisture doesn't affect the caster so your scrolls should be safe as long as they stay in your pack. It's probably something else destroying your scrolls.

Fixed inventory getting damaged while blood bonded (especially in the case of Toxic Moisture). Equipment shouldn't get damaged from elemental attacks while blood bonded either.
Stun/KO is now cleared after blood bond ends.
