Client 4.4.5h released - colourful crashes after leaving a shop were fixed.
If you already have any 4.4.5 client, you only need to download the binary, ie the EXE file, and overwrite the old TomeNET.exe with it.

!v won't prevent bashing an item anymore. Bashing a stack of ammo will actually move the whole stack instead of just one item. Client 4.4.5a released. Two improvements have been made:
1) New players will get a one-time popup box telling them about music & sound.
2) The loading delay when starting the game has been eliminated.

The point is that mimicry-users could use fruit bats to get free +10 speed until they get a decent form, then continue without any of the fruit bat drawbacks.
I agree that it seems like mimicry-users should not use fruit bat mode, at the moment.

Have you tried Paladin with Martial Arts? It might also be interesting and a bit "monk-style", if you assume that monks are somewhat priestly.

Client 4.4.5 released. Audio system added: The client now supports background music and sound effects! It doesn't ship with any audio files except for paging beep (for systems on which paging otherwise wouldn't work) though. This has been revised.
Since "fruit bat" mode is supposed to be a tradeoff and not just a gain, fruit bats' item restrictions are persistent even when using mimicry.

We just released 4.4.4e, which is only a very minor update of 4.4.4d: -Guide slightly updated -s_mind.lua updated ('Confuse' spell is now named 'Confusion' to avoid collision with Mindcrafter school when casting spells by name) -Character mode selection will be skipped when logging on to RPG servers...
