A temporary fix is to inscribe the staves differently so they don't stack in the first place.

Hi, sorry about that highlander panic save that happened twice last night. This has been fixed now. (For debugging purpose, the server was unreachable for about 20 minutes around this morning GMT.)

Stealth-updated the TomeNET.exe file of client 4.4.8a (and test client) with a fix for the first two polymorphing powers which now no longer prompt for a direction.

Sorry, we've encountered a bug with automatic LUA updating.
This resulted in everyone who tried to log in during the last 2 hours to crash to desktop immediately.
The bug is temporarily circumvented so you should be able to log in again, we'll try to eradicate it completely later on.
