Re: Server status

Server is currently down for maintenance, unfortunately taking longer than expected. No ETA.

Re: [minor] "player store search" prices

This has been revoked. Actually now 100% is the minimum percentage and "@S" is the same as 100%, which is 2x the base value for all items EXCEPT for: -speed rings -artifact creation scrolls -random artifacts where it is 1x the base value, so you can offer "cheap" speed rings and normal priced randar...

Re: [major] musical glitch and crushes @ mp3 music

We use the SDL_mixer library, it handles all the audio files. If this is a bug in SDL_mixer we won't be able to fix it.
I'm not sure about the specification of the SDL_mixer library regarding input bit rates.

Re: TomeNet error at launch - lines

I don't know. Maybe try restarting Windows, it can actually help sometimes because Windows can sometimes lock font files which will lead to text not being displayed on subsequent runs of the game.

Re: TomeNET Pseudo-graphic Fonts Release

A note from the Dev Team, in the midst of discussion: Great work guys, we're pretty excited about this. It looks great! :) We're currently discussing the potential issue of the client being able to remap even symbols that are meant to be indistinguishable. To that end, we'll probably be fine with ma...

Re: IDDC shopping cheeze

Well, you can also increase your IDDC survival chances by staying as long as possible on each floor, clearing everything, instead of playing it fast and only take out the juciest mobs. Same as shopping intensity it depends on your personal preferences. It should be noted however, that dungeon shops ...

Re: Deep descent scrolls to avoid "grey" depth of dungeon

Regarding dungeon bosses, characters have to beat the dungeon to get to them, not teleport directly to their final floor, which they would if the previous floors were grey. That aside, however, grey floors give no exp because they're lower level. This means that the threat from monsters is lower too...

Re: "Alt" key problem

I think that is a Windows OS problem. On Linux I use the ALT key for macros just fine. Sorry, I don't know how you can fix it on Windows as I don't really use it.

Re: Private server admin questions.

You can just add items in k_info/a_info/e_info.txt.
About classes, you need to edit tables.c, optionally lib/scpt/classes.lua, and perhaps other places, I'm not sure which ones.
