Yep, it's not just the tomenet server, but the actual network of the machine is shut down.
We currently don't know when it'll be back up, sorry.

Added some new digging features, mostly affecting rubble, followed by treasure veins, to test them. I actually added some more stuff than what you suggested even =)
Also, rubble should be more common in Moria now, and Moria is now called 'The Mines of Moria'.

We decided to ultimately fix a big issue in the skill system, that wasn't really noticable to players, but accumulated over time until the bomb went off now. If you haven't already, you might want to read up on (3.9b) to cast spells by spell names instead of using inscriptions.

It shouldn't, because it's _Weapon_ Mastery, and MA here is weaponless combat.

There have been some suggestions (thanks Scyve) on how to prevent it, but it's not that easy unfortunately, due to the mechanisms of creation of the different worldmap layers.
