ESP and vampires

I've found a lot of ESP weapons BUT I cant wear them as a vampire - its all "good" alignment. The only option to get ESP for me - Crowns of telepathy, but they are 35 lvl+.

So before 35lvl its quite hard to be without any ESP. 30-35 lvl is the most dangerous there (all my character died at such lvls).

Infravision its an option, but its hard to get it...

Its seems quite unfair to have loads of weapons with ESP (*slay evil* weapons, Weapons of Aman, Weapons of Gondolin) for all races, but vampires. There was an update about heavy cursed items which could be used for vampires, but I didn't meet any ESP cursed item so far.

Any ideas? :)

Vampires do have their drawbacks.
Torch of presentiment (can be bought in Khazad-Dum's mining store sometimes), Amulet of Telepathy (probably player stores are the best bet) both give partial or full ESP.
Hats of Seeing/Crowns of magi can have ESP very rarely, so you must be lucky to acquire such an item with ESP powers.

Thanks :) Didnt know about telepathy amulets :) Thought its only at crowns :P

But still amulets are 33+lvls.. So all vampires doomed to be without any ESP till ~35 lvls.

with new char, take part in dungeon fleeing event, and win dwarven cap of seeing. The best thing for first lvl.
You can have 3 ESP from it. If you don't win dwarven cap, enter again after 2 hours, and again, and again. xD

Thanks for information. Its an option. Quite grindy though - you have to repeat again and again, chance of winning is small and chance of winning this cap is something unreal.

Vampires are incredibly strong already, the gear limitation imo is not that bad. Especially since vampires can in fact use some cursed gear other players wouldnt touch.

Yep, I agree - vampires are strong enough :) Just wanted to understand, may be there are ways to get ESP for them which I didnt know.

you should be able to wear *slay evil* weapons, and other "good" stuff if you have regen hp. It should nearly balance itself, You must wear one such "good" item, otherwise you will start loosing hp again
My vamp have boomerang of *slay evil*, and regenaration from one of power rings and it nearly balance itself. My hp go up and down, when sitting still (not resting). The maximum which my hp decrease is 5 (less than 1% of max life)

Good hint, thanks. But its very dangerous. I was almost died once because of it (even with hp regen - you cant stay in 1 place). Its ok only if you wear item for a sec to see around and then take it off. But its not really comfortably.

the draining hp effect stack, and regen effect don't. So if you have one *slay evil* item, and not other with draining hp effect, you would be fine with regen hp item. If you have two or more items with draining hp, you will loose your hp regardless how many regen hp items you have.
So if you almost die with one drain hp item, and one regen item is probably, because monster will nearly kill you anyway. You can left your char in some mountains for nearly hours and single drain hp item with single regen item will not kill you.
If you lost most of your hp (0 or 1), you should drink potion, not rest. You don't know if happy Unmaker pack don't go to you, to Disintegrate you.

My vamp wear boomerang of *slay evil* all the time and i never lost more than 5hp to draining effect. And i lost one or two vamps because they where burn to crisp on shiny sunlight
