ignoring tomenet.ini

i don't know why but new client ignore window position setting in tomenet.ini When i open tomenet windows are in total chaos, not in last position

1a.png - after first run of tomenet
1c.png how i set windows, after that i close client. And save ini as 2.txt
2a.png open with 2.txt settings, 2b how i set windows, close and save ini as 3.txt
for 3 and 4 the same

Your link is showing a bunch of folders and files. I'm not sure where the screenshots are supposed to be. Also I'm not sure if you want to make all these files public.
