I was looking through some of the /lib/game files (especially the object-kind file, k-info), and there's a ton of items that seem to be disabled. For example a few non-equipment artifacts (at the least a wand, a staff, and an artifact food), a portable hole, some scrolls.

Do these actually work if I enable them? Or do they do nothing right now?
