I only have one IDDC character left and he is a thief at 2000 feet who lost all his money in the casino. :roll:

Its a good idea, but its not enough. You can have thief character at certain depth and steal for your alt-char for a long time.. Thief doesn't need exp.

But still its interesting idea. Any more suggestions? :)

Hm. Actually its very good idea indeed! Although this wouldn't help VS

Also rogues already one of the most popular classes for IDDC (http://www.tomenet.eu/legends-iddc.php 7 of 50 chars are rogues). So if we would make stealing exclusive to rogues - it would make rogues imba in comparison to another classes and even more people would play them.. So if we would cancel stealing for alts in IDDC, may rogues themselves has to be nerfed somehow? Hm.. But in other way, if there would be exp-loosing for beign in town for long time, this problem wouldn't exist :)

It is a different style of play rather than a guarenteed improvement. The way to make everyone happy would be to have it as a "Super Iron" option with its own highscore.

Of course it has to be like this ;) Its what I suggest in this topic - create a new IDDC-like mode with separate score.

But still I don't think our discussion any close to the end. We need to brainstorm more and moar and moar... :mrgreen: :lol: 8-)

Tangar be happy that i can't add css rainbow style to post
Runemaster can train stealing too, but get 0.7 from skill point. And as maiar you can max 3 runie school (if one is with racial bonus), sword/or if corrupted axes and stealing at 50 :)

Right now there is a discussion in-game - devs reviewing /rfe to do something with "sales" in IDDC town to prevent speed up price scumming...

/rfe was declined due players didn't want to make current IDDC-mode harder.

There's no need to nerf IDDC, all characters are volatile in that mode. If you have the time to waste grinding money from repeatedly diving characters to 1k and giving that money to your main char, good for you, but you will be even more pissed when said character dies at 1050ft after descending less than ten seconds from something you didn't manage to avoid.

On the opposite, I'd say improve shops to further reduce time spent in towns. More play, more fun.
