Server Information missing for private server

Hi,
When I hit the tilde key and go to view the artifacts, monsters, players online and such, I get an error sound. I was wondering where this information is normally stored, (as a problem my PC is having may be causing it too) or if there was someway to refresh or populate this information?

The server writes the contents of those views to temporary files first. So you may want to check that the server has permissions to create temporary files. Which operating system is the server running on?

I am using Windows 7.. sigh
I tried some experimenting and found out part of the issue was my server. However, in further testing I found I still had problems with the server information, creature kills, uniques found and such for my shaman by around lvl 10 possibly a bit lower. This may be just a quirk for my home server too, but I thought I'd mention it.
