[minor] Charisma potion price

When you do @S price at Dark Red Potions of Charisma - it appear that it cost only 2000 gold. So base price at charisma potions is in 8 times less then at other potions (its 16k for rest). Looks like little bug

The price has been like that for a long time. We are probably not going to change the internal price because it would affect things like the black market price. You can always inscribe charisma potions with a higher price in your store.
