If i properly understand table.c code i think that, Titan's Fist and Phoenix Claw should have 45 chance not 50.

I think you are correct. I fixed the guide in our Git repo. It should appear on the website whenever C. Blue gets around to updating the guide. Thanks for spotting the issue.
