Hey, Checking the online guide for changes and my OCD saw a missing I ><,
I'm trying to hold back from screaming about this very important mistake.

Level 21: Also recharges rods.

Tier II: Level 25.
Can also recharge rods. At the skill level you learn this
tier, the 1st tier spell can actually recharge rods too.

Tier II: Level 40.

So yeah, it seems the Missing I has spread to other lines.
Might need to call the ministry of "character counter" and get a independent commission commissioned.
