Looking for latest server build

Hello, I am trying to find the latest server build for windows. I looked on the mikaelh site and the latest build there is 4.5.1a. I would like to be able to run the 4.5.3b server to see if it gets rid of the problem I am experiencing, which is the words "Panic save succeeded!" all the time.
