Missing binary - mikaelh's private server download page

I'm really loving the multiplayer aspect of TomeNet. With the help of mikaelh's instructions and binaries, I was able to setup my own private server on both Linux and OSX for me and a few buddies to play.

I'd like to setup a private server on a Windows host as well. mikaelh provides pre-built binaries for Windows, but the link to the latest version (4.5.6) doesn't work.

Are there instructions on compiling TomeNet for Windows? Alternatively, can mikaelh or others update the link to the Windows server binary?

Sorry about the broken link. I removed that now. I never compiled a Windows version of the 4.5.6 server because some people (namely tokariew) were experiencing issues with my builds. He already posted his latest build here so hopefully that works for you.
